CROSS ROADS YOUTH RETREAT

Updated 4/6/2022

Updated 4/21/2022 – Registration for the 2022 Cross Roads Youth Retreat is now closed! Please contact the Camp Office with any questions: 908-832-7264

Elementary, Middle & High School Retreat – April 29 – May 1, 2022

The theme for the 2022 Cross Roads Youth Retreat is Crack the Code, Journey with Jesus. Elementary, Middle, and High School campers will embark on a series of challenges to find clues, crack the code, and solve the mystery. Each weekend includes interactive Bible study, group games, small group discussions, and a lot of FUN!

The retreat begins on Friday evening with check-in at 7 pm and end on Sunday morning at 10:30 am after a worship service. The cost for the weekend retreat is $95.

Registration closes April 21. Reach out to helen@crossroadsretreat.com with any questions!

Note on Chaperones: Every youth participant is required to have an adult chaperone attend the entirety of the retreat with them. For youth groups registering together, one adult chaperone is required for every 8 youth. If a chaperone is not able to attend, please contact the Cross Roads office to see if a staff member is available for an additional $50 charge. All youth participants and adult chaperones need to complete a covenant, which can be found below.

Note on Health and Safety: Cross Roads is currently taking many precautions to mitigate the COVID-19 pandemic, including requiring testing for overnight retreats. We are partnering with Diligent to provide on-site testing upon arrival for all participants. Please follow this link to register for on-site upon arrival COVID rapid tests. Deadline for testing registration is April 21st. Adult retreat attendees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Currently, vaccination is highly recommended for youth participation in our retreats. Please bring facemasks with you for use in the dining hall and other indoor spaces. We will continue to comply with all CDC, American Camp Association, Federal, and State guidelines and retreat policies are subject to change. Changes to our policies will be communicated on our website and via email ahead of events. Thank you for your support as we navigate this together!

With questions, please contact Program Director Helen Payanzo at helen@crossroadsretreat.com or call our office: 908-832-7264.
