Year-Round Programs
Wednesdays Away: Our Wednesdays Away retreats are a time of spiritual renewal on the first Wednesday of the month, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm in the Christ Center. Throughout the year we gather with a variety of spiritual directors who focus each month upon a different spiritual practice.
Elementary & Middle School Retreats: A time to learn, play, and grow, for children and youth.
Young Adult Retreat: Are you one of the few people your age at your church? What a great reason come together with your peers, ages 18 to 30(ish), at Cross Roads! Learning, fellowship, worship, and nature walks await.
Women’s Retreat: A time of spiritual refreshment and rejuvenation for women.
Clergy Crash: Enjoy some time away for rest and relaxation, with opportunities to savor God’s beautiful creation. If you are a clergyperson currently serving a congregation, or other ministry setting, join this fun tradition at Cross Roads.
Shepherds’ Gathering: This retreat is for all church leaders, whether clergy or lay. It’s a great opportunity to rest, share ideas, eat great food (that you don’t have to cook), and be re-created in God’s creation.
Music That Makes Community: Explore the basics of paperless music. You’ll learn new songs to enrich your community’s worship life and reflect on strategies for cultivating participatory singing and liturgy.
The SHAPE of Leadership: Ready for the next step in your professional growth? Need connections with colleagues? Want to learn more about how your gifts and abilities SHAPE your leadership? SHAPE provides opportunities for growth that are both rare and essential in these challenging times. This program has four learning sessions.
