Join a Thrivent Work Day: Participate in a member workday at one of five camps across the region. Volunteers will engage in activities such as cleaning, painting, light carpentry, raking, planting and spreading mulch. There’s something for every skill level. You’ll also share a meal, hear a Northeast Thrivent Member Network update, and receive a Live Generously T-shirt.
Lead a Thrivent Action Team: Don’t live near a Thrivent Work Day site? Apply for and lead a Thrivent Action Team to support a camp near you.* You could host a service project or fundraiser to benefit that organization. Visit Thrivent.com/ActionTeams to learn more and apply.
*This Action Team would count as one of the two allocated to benefit members annually and the one allotted to associate members.
Direct Thrivent Choice Dollars or Make A Personal Donation: Visit Thrivent.com/Choice to do one of the following*:
Support your favorite camp by directing Thrivent Choice dollars their way.* Make a personal donation to your camp of choice through the Thrivent Choice portal.* All administrative fees will be covered by Thrivent, so 100% of your donation goes directly to the camp. If your camp is not already a Thrivent Choice approved organizations, you can nominate them. *To direct Choice Dollars or make a personal donation through the Thrivent Choice site, the camp must already be part of the Thrivent Choice program.
